ClosetCraft installed 3 closets and a pantry for us back in 2014. Recently we had a minor issue in one closet. Eshai replied instantly to my e-mail and had it fixed straight away. It is very reassuring to find a business whose lifetime warranty really means something. All of our other closets have been holding up great. I'd highly recommend their services to anyone.

Closet Craft is one of the most professional companies I've ever had the pleasure to do business with. This is my second home I've used them to turn our ordinary closets into a work of art. From the design all the way through installation they were awesome to deal with. Their cost compared to others that perform this service is outstanding and the quality matches. Merav's very professional and did a great job of taking the measurements and presenting the design. The installation was scheduled roughly a month in advance and finished within one day.

They did a good job, no way to complain about it. I did not like that the owners were too grumpy. It was an father and daughter working together, and they were hell bent in doing what they wanted to do, and not listening to the customer. I like them, I like the work. They were very egotists. The daughter had an ego, and would not listen, and the father was very grumpy. This is how I feel, and my husband even felt the same way.

It went great from start to finish. I had them in over the summer to give me a quote on the cost of the work. I never felt pressure to get the work done right away and I felt the price was good. It took until November to get the work done. It wasn't because of their schedule but my schedule. I had a new ceiling, crown molding and the room painted where the closet was going to be installed. Once the room was ready they were able to come in install the closet. The crew they sent was very friendly and respectful of my home. Also, whenever I was dealing with the office I got a response within 24 hours. I'm loving the new closet! I no longer have everything I need to get ready for work in three different areas.

They were so good. Their customer service was fantastic and their quality was excellent. The cost was a lot, my husband was not happy but it was worth it, he saw the closet and loved it. She called me back like at 7:00 o'clock one night. They were on time just like they said they'd be. I've already recommended them to my children's day care provider. I'd use them again if I ever needed to do another closet.

This family run business is very professionally run. Merav was wonderful to work with. She answered all questions, met us at the showroom to show us the product and then showed us their production facility. The install was several weeks out but she suggested we go on the cancellation list and the install happened two weeks earlier then expected. Israel (the owner) was part of the install team today. They were on-time, professional and the closets look awesome.
We have already asked them to price up laundry room cabinets for us. I priced Container Store and previously had a California Closet. Closet Craft is just as good a product and a fraction of the price.

These guys are by far the best.  I don't have to say much more than that they take pride in their work and it shows.  Its a pleasure to do business with them.

I had them do my bedroom closet, a wall cabinet / dresser, two night stands and a cabinet for my laundry room.  

They came in and they helped me decide what we needed, they went back and everything was built off site. They came back another day and installed everything in one day and I cant stop staring at the cabinets.  Everyone that sees them compliments me on them.  Great job guys, we couldn't be happier.  Thank you

We contacted Closetcraft and received a prompt response from Eshai. He came by a few days later for an in-home consultation. Eshai was very friendly and professional, and we really appreciated that he took time to understand how we use the space in each closet, and worked together with us during the consultation to design our closets. By the end of his visit, we already had really great designs for our space, and he also emailed us the full quote very soon after.
In the end, while we liked Closetcraft's design over other competitors, they were also a few hundred dollars more expensive, and our budget constraints overruled aesthetics. Even though we ultimately did not go with Closetcraft for the installation, I would recommend them to friends and family who are looking to update those terrible wireframe closets.

Overall I was happy with the service.  First I was impressed with how responsive this company was.  They responded to all emails right away.  They showed up to appointments and the installation exactly on time.  When they committed to send information (such as the quote and the plan) they did so exactly when they committed.  I worked with Eshai to do the design and he was very patient and easy to work with.  He was good at explaining options and making recommendations.  No hard sell very consultative.
The installer arrived on time and was quiet, respectful and efficient.  The only dark spot in the whole experience was in the last 15 minutes.  Another man from the company arrived and was let into my house by the installer (unknown by me).  He said he was the owner and wanted his payment as they were finished.  I was given 2 minutes to look at the work and this person demanded final payment.  I had never met this person before and he was very aggressive.  I have no problem paying promptly for service but the company put a very negative cap on what was an extremely positive experience.  
Overall I would recommend this company to others - just know the one caution at the end.  Every other part of the experience was great and the closet came out great.

I am so very happy with my new closet. The end result is AMAZING and it looks much higher end than I thought it would.  I considered another company and Closet Craft was considerably less money.
Eshai and everyone from Closet Craft was very professional from the start to the end of the project.  I had ideas as to the design of my closet and Eshai was happy to work with my ideas and to provide additional suggestions.  I received the quote and full design just a few days after my initial meeting.   Eshai responded to my follow up questions very quickly.  I did choose to connect the top of each wall 'unit' and also chose round closet bars (instead of oval shaped ones) for a more finished look.  These two items were worth the small additional cost.

Came out measured and showed me some samples.
If you go with the white then you'll get a much better price.
I however, really liked the "cognac" finish so I went with that.
After the measure I received a quote and the layout of the design.
Bottom line is the closet looks amazing!!!
The quality of the wood is top notch and I am very happy with not only the materials,
install and quality but also by the excellent customer service I received....

My experience with ClosetCraft was fantastic. It began with setting up a consultation which occurred very quickly. Eshai came by, assessed the existing closets, listened to what I was looking for, and masterfully created draft sketches of the proposed closets on the spot. His experience and creative vision were remarkable. He was able to utilize all the available space  for hanging, shelves and drawers, and customized extremely useful accessories (eg, valet rod, tie and belt rods, dry cleaning basket, etc.) based on my needs. 
The next step was the installation which was only a couple of weeks later (I think I got lucky with their availability). They had two installers come by who were professional, personable, efficient and did excellent work. Even the owner, Israel, kindly came by to ensure everything was going according to plan.
Very well run family business with employees who care a lot about the quality of service and end product they provide. 

Absolutely fantastic! We first contact ClosetCraft about a year ago when we moved into our new home. Eshai came to our home, measured most of our closets, and reviewed all of the design options. Shortly after everything was installed. We've been living with these closets for a year now and they are still as perfect as they were when they were installed. We just had another meeting with Eshai to design a storage closet for our playroom, focusing on toy storage. Again, great ideas for specialty item storage. 
All of this for a fraction of the cost of california closets!

They removed the existing builder-grade organizers that came with the house and installed a gorgeous new built-in closet system. The results were incredible. I basically want to live in my closet now.

The best part, they were about half the cost of the name brand company that we had come out and give us an estimate. It's a small, family run business and they were great. The day of the installation, there was an issue with one of the areas of shelving. The salesperson drove out to our house herself with the replacement shelving. I would recommend ClosetCraft to anyone I know. They did great work and we are thrilled. We'll be having them back to do the rest of the closets in the house at some point.
