They took a couple of days to put in, had to take out the old unit. They do good work.

It was a complicated job. It was a bit expensive, they're high-end plumbers and it was a complicated job. They're very knowledgeable, experienced and excellent. I was very pleased. I've used them before and my contractor uses them and has for many years. I just have complete trust in them.

We did hire them through Angie's List. They did fine. The price was way more than we thought it was going to be but probably because it was an emergency. They got here when they said they would. We would use them in the future but they wouldn't be our first choice.

"I'm afraid to say this member may be mistaken--we have no record of having worked for him or at the address on the account. We have also never that I can remember charged that much for a water heater--emergency or not. I'd like very much to request that he check his records and make sure he is reporting on the correct company.
