+ -1 moreExcellent. The office manager is curteous, fair and organized. (1) Delivery is done without a need for calling throughout the winter season. (2) A reminder call from Busa Fuel is received to schedule burner maintenance and they perform on-time and as quoted.

+ -1 moreWe have had a 25-year relationship with this company, from the time we bought our house, and have never had a complaint. They even are responsive and patient with our 86-year-old downstairs tenant.
Description of Work: This is a family-owned oil heating company. Their customer service is excellent. They deliver oil within a day if you need it, they will come and bleed the radiators, they are reliable, responsive and have been in business for decades. They also do small nit-picky plumbing jobs that it would be hard to get a plumber to come for - leaky faucets, etc.
