I was extremely pleased with Gerry's work and wold recommend him highly and without reservation. We had a routine scoping/snaking job done on our exterior pipes. The company that conducted the job informed us that one of our pipes was broken and took video footage that showed a break in the pipe and a tremendous amount of roots/debris. I obtained 3 estimates: one from the company that conducted the snaking (it was on the high side); one from another plumber/pipe layer; and one from Gerry at Brooksdale. Gerry's estimate covered an entire section of the pipe and he even offered to build a manhole at the access point of the sewer pipe where there was nothing but a hole with a metal covering in our yard.
Gerry was professional, responsive and courteous. If we ever have pipe problems again I will call Gerry. Thank you so much Gerry!
