Great. I’m sure I could have found a less expensive company but these guys were worth the money.

It all went very well. The pickup crew arrived on schedule and carefully removed the rugs. We got a call the next day with an assessment of their condition, what cleaning and other services (moth treatment for the larger rugs) were needed, and a cost estimate. We had been hoping to get some old moth damage repaired, but it could not be done within our time schedule, as we were preparing to show the house for sale. We got a call when the rugs were ready, about 2 weeks ahead of the promised date, and they were delivered that day on schedule. One was wrapped for storage and moving.

Great customer service from start to finish. Would not hesitate to use them again.

I dropped off a small oriental in need of cleaning and repair. I got a discount for dropping it off.  They called with an estimate of the repairs for two approaches. Then, on further inspection, they realized the rug would need one of the options, the less expensive one, that would preserve the pattern of the edges (that a cat had chewed.) They called when it was ready. There was a small charge for wrapping it up after they showed it to me. They did a beautiful job. Very pleasant to work with.

They were very helpful with loading and unloading the rug from our car. Cleaned the carpet within the time frame they stated and even stored it for us for several weeks until we were available to pick it up. Carpet much cleaner and odor gone!

Fantastic experience with Bon Ton Rug.  I brought them an expensive 8x10 Oushak rug with black grease stains and sought their help.  I wasn't expecting a miracle but that's exactly what they performed on my rug.  Armen et al are clearly experts at what they do.  They initially provided me with an estimate of $360 to have the rug fully cleaned but ended up only charging me $100 b/c they were able to get the stains out by spot cleaning.  Fantastic experience through and through.

Awesome job. Our rugs were very dirty. We have young children and a dog, so our rugs get a lot of use. We had our rugs picked up at our home that we were selling, and delivered clean to our new home. When the rugs were placed in our new home, I could not believe how spectacular they looked! The colors were more vibrant, texture was restored. Great job!!!

They do a nice job cleaning your rugs. You can drop off and pick up at their office. Make sure to check hours.

Great - I dropped off the rug and picked it up - the person I dealt with (I think the owner) was excellent, very friendly and professional, very patient with questions, etc.

Rugs were dropped off; work was completed sooner than the date we agreed on; cleaning was thorough, pads were of good quality.

They are unbelievable. They have been in business forever. The remarkable thing is that they immediately recognize what kind of rug it is and what the value is. They know whether it is worth doing something with it or not. They will discuss it with me. Their prices are dirt cheap. They will do repairs on damaged oriental rugs. They will resew braided rugs. They do all kinds of repairs. They are really personable and they do a fantastic job. They cleaned a rug that we'd had for 40 years and had been in the house for 10 years before that. I don't know if it had ever been cleaned. It looked like an entirely new rug and they also did some repairs to rugs that were very valuable to me. They are honest. They sold me one or two rugs but they are low pressure. They educated me on the different kinds. They really, really know what they are doing. They do a lovely job and they are really ethical. If I take my rugs to them, I get a big discount. I would absolutely recommend them. They have some expert people working for them.
