Benny's did a great job with my move. The estimate was spot on. Other companies quoted me over twice as much. The employees in the office are responsive and easy to communicate with, and the moving team was professional and efficient.

Benny's came recommended to us from a friend but we were happy to see good reviews on Angie's List. When we moved in to our last house 7 years ago, we went with a cheap moving company and vowed to never make that mistake again. Benny's came out and gave us a flat rate estimate based on their representative surveying our entire house. Because we were closing on our new house the same day as the old, we needed to have them hold our belongings overnight to accommodate for both closings. This wasn't a problem for them although they did charge us a small holding fee. On the day of the move, the guys were on time and incredibly efficient and careful. Our house ended up being bigger than their largest local truck which they didn't expect from the estimate, but they were able to work around it the next day by making a quick extra trip to pick up the leftovers. They did this for no extra charge because they had quoted us a flat rate which was nice. The move in was even quicker and they were super cautious moving in all of our belongings.  Not a single wall ding or paint scrape along the way which was really impressive considering how fast they work.  They placed all items in the correct rooms and even asked at the end if we needed anything rearranged or had changed our minds with any of the furniture items which I thought was nice. Even though they weren't the cheapest quote, they also weren't the most expensive.  Having been referred to them by someone we knew helped as well.  Overall, a fantastic experience.  All workers were incredibly professional and worked extremely hard. I would recommend Benny's any time!

We've used them twice and they have always been very good. We've had no issues with them. They pretty much did what they said they were going to. They didn't break anything. Their pricing was basically very good. Their price was competitive.

I have had good experience with them. The service turned out wonderful. They were on time, they were prompt, and they were very polite and courteous. They really tried hard.

They were great. I don't remember what they charged me but they weren't wildly expensive. They were reliable. Their movers were real rough around the edges and that probably was the worst part but they were very kind. The move was fine. There was nothing broken.

They're fabulous. What stood out was their workmanship. They just powered through for the entire day. I've never seen a moving company like this. They were such hard worker and they were really really quick. I had a car accident and I couldn't lift more than 25 pounds, so they actually packed up my place for me. It was organized really well when they came in. I constantly recommend them to other people. They were really good. I plan on using them again when we move.

The move went very smoothly from my initial call to set up the move to the last thing moved into my new place. The times quoted to me were extremely accurate.The movers, there were 3 of them, worked effeciantly. They were organized and pleasant. They were respectful of my belongings and were conscious and careful not to damage anything. I chose to pack my own things, but knowing how well this company works,I wouldn't hesitate to have them pack the entire house. Communication was a little difficult as 2 of the movers did not speak a lot of English, but I was able to show them where or what I wanted, and every thing worked out. The movers were polite and worked hard to get the job done. I would definitely use them again and I would refer this company to others.

I was a tad nervous, since it was such a long distance. But everything went very well! They were very courteous, and understood my needs.

Went great. First time my daughter was all alone and they were fast and respectable and they did not make her nervous being alone. 2nd time I was with my daughter and they were great. On time, no problems, fast and reasonably priced. Will be using again next year! Address where service was performed is incorrect. Address was in MA but I booked and I live in TX. Wasn't able to change location on Angie's.

I bought a dining room table and needed is transported to my home. Benny's picked up, and dropped off on time, helped me move the old set out of the house and put together the new set for me. We were very happy with our experience.

Everything went fine.

They arrived on time; moved my boxes very quickly, wrapped what I had not and re-wraped what I had done incorrectly. Everything arrived on time and nothing was broken.  The men were pleasant on both ends and did not waste any time.   I would use them again.

It was fine. The service was great. They were on time. They did what they said they were going to do. I believe the cost was in-line with other folks.

It was okay. I like the price so I went with them.

Everything was wrapped in Massachusetts. They unwrapped everything in South Carolina, set up all our furniture and nothing was broken.  A perfect move.

On the second move, the date changed by a few days, at the last minute. As they realized I was distraught, They offered to store the furniture the extra days at no extra charge.

Their team is responsive, competent, and the pricing is very reasonable. One of the three moves, the team showed up about 30 minutes late due to a prior commitment running over; they did call me to let me know before the window that they were going to be late making it over, and kept me updated with their status.

They showed up on time, efficiently and carefully went to work, and drove to new home. The bank took longer than it had expected to close the paperwork, so we were unable to enter the new house immediately and had to wait outside until the realtor was given the OK to open the doors for us. Benny's crew waited patiently for an hour in our driveway until we could get in, then carefully reassembled our belongings where we wanted them. The only reason I did not check the "excellent" box for "professionalism" is that they were a scruffy looking crew with no uniforms, but looks are deceiving, and they were polite, friendly, accommodating, and skilled.

We have used Benny's a couple of times in the past and everything had gone really smoothly. This time was a little different. 
The movers were supposed to arrive at our place between 12 PM and 2 PM to move us out, but they did not arrive until 6:15 PM. We only found out they were going to be so late because we called the office after 3 PM. They then told us the truck would arrive by 4 at the latest and it didn't get there until after 6. 
Four people showed up in one truck to move our belongings. They were all very fast workers and for the most part were pretty careful. One thing i did notice was that one of the movers created a 20 foot gash in our hardwood floors. I showed this to the lead person and he said I could call in a claim the next day if I wanted to. Fortunately, I didn't have to submit the claim because the buyers of our condo did not have any issues with the condition of the property. The movers left our condo around 9:15 PM that night. I had to argue with the price since they tried to charge me for 5 hours work when it only took 3 hours. After much back and forth I got them to reduce the price slightly.
The next day went much better as they arrived to our new house right around 8 AM as promised. This time there were 3 movers who all moved really quickly. They were in and out in just under 2 hours.
Benny's does have very competitive prices and are pretty quick. The biggest drawback was around their punctuality and professionalism.
