I understand that they follow the inspection rules set by the state, but they seems to just be looking for a way to fail you.
Once they tried to fail me because I had plate holder that was put on by the dealer. They said it was illegal.
They also are dead set against green MA plates. They will fail your green plate no matter what condition it is in.
They are always very busy and it takes forever to get your car repaired.
