 + -1 moreI talked to the owner / manager ahead of time about the project and told him that I had no forklift experience. The manager / owner and one of his workers delivered the forklift and helped us strap the equipment to the underside of the forks, drove the lift over to my bulkhead, and lowered the equipment into my basement.(Actually, they did most of the work, we helped them!) We were all prepped when they arrived, and the whole thing took 30 minutes! Not only did I get the job done, but they ''rented'' us their expertise in operating the machine, resulting in a faster and much safer job overall.My husband offered him a tip, but he refused that! Wow, I will rent from them again anytime I need to!
Description of Work: I needed to move some heavy equipment (1200 pounds) into my basement. I contacted some riggers, but they wanted over $600 and would bring a crane into my back yard. So, I rented a forklift from these people.
