Septic Tank Service
Yes, I recommend this pro
$1,091

Needed a Title V inspection(septic tank) done before I completed home purchase. The home had been vacant for 5 years. Mr Matthews researched the homes past inspections, got the necessary permits and then excavated the septic system openings. Performed the necessary tests, arranged for the system to be pumped empty, suggested putting risers on the tank caps, installed same, then backfilled the yard and hauled away the extra material. Very professional local contractor. Helpful that he could arrange to have the system pumped out and the install the cap risers so as to be able to perform future inspections without the need of a backhoe.

inspection=$300

Labor/equipment=210

Tank pumping= 195

riser caps and installation $337
