Mike was a dreadful excavator and we had to replace him. He left the job and claimed that his machinery had been seized. We were pretty discouraged with him. Our former builder had hired him. He cleared the land, but he messed up the expectations and messed up the job of cleaning the land. It was out of conformity with the requirement of the Conservation Commission. That?s why it increased the price of the job that had to be done. So I had to hire someone else to finish the job. The way he went about with the job made finishing it more expensive. The foundation is standing even though it has been two years now. So I can?t complain about that too much, but I would not use him again.
