After contacting Mark, he stopped by that same day to provide an estimate. Did measuring, was clear as to what would be done, how materials would be provided (he provided) and the cost.
 On the day of the job he was on time, came prepared and built the handrailing as described. Upon completion, he swept  up cuttings and made sure that the end result was what I wanted.
  Nice job!!!
