Team is always quick, professional, and clean. Have used Mike's team on several jobs always with great results. Mike is very busy because he does a great job. Be sure to give plenty of time to get your job done.

Mike and his team arrived on time and worked well together. I was very impressed with the type of equipment he arrived with. Clearly, Mike has been doing this for a number of years and knows trees. Mike offered valuable information as it related to properly trimming our Willow tree. His crew worked quickly and cleaned up after the tree was trimmed. I'm very happy I found Mike because other tree trimmers came out, but did not have the proper equipment to reach the top of this very large old tree, nor did they offer suggestions as to how they were planning to trim the tree so it will continue to survive and look beautiful. I would highly recommend Pontiac Tree service....money well spent.

He removed several limbs that I did not want or authorize him to remove.
We had agreed upon removing two dead limbs from my trees. Instead he removed several others NOT authorized.
Several hours early, he went directly to my neighbor's house instead of mine. Upon this neighbor's request he removed other healthy limbs that provided privacy between this neighbor and myself. They also provided shade. When I ran out to stop him, his employee was very rude. Mike (the owner) stated that he had the right to do this. I reminded him of who had hired him and was paying for his services. I do not, for one minute, believe that he would have treated a male customer in this manner. I will never use this company again and I would NOT recommend that anyone else does either, particularly if you are a female home owner.
He also left my driveway a mess with all of the wood chipping shards.

"Tried to help customer by cutting dead limbs out of tree she did no see the benefit of that , we used the neighbors driveway and he asked me to trim a branch that was touching his house for him and I did cut it back to the fence line because he let me use his property , this caused a conflict with customer and I left site as soon as I could, see called 20 hrs later about the chips in driveway and I said I would send a crew right out and thank you then hung up the phone , see did not like that and called back and said dont bother then see stopped payment on check. tried my best but it was not enought"

Neat, clean and careful . Did an excellent job.

Excellent work. He was very professional, work done in a timely manner, clean up is terrific it so good you dont even know that work has been done.
