I have a broken Sears a/c and no working a/c because they took that with them. They owe me one new a/c installed with receipt and a refund of the $120.00 because of their dishonest sale and their theft. If you are a 70 year old woman, DO NOT allow these people in your house. The rest of you proceed at your own risk.
