 + -1 moreghborI would have hoped that not only would he stop doing this but that he would have offered to clean up my property's edge where he has made a mess for quite a long time. Whether or not the neighbor put him up to it or not.
Description of Work: This provider was performing clean-up on my neighbor's property and blew half the leaves from the neighbors property onto mine. When I confronted him about it, he denied it. I have videoed the event. I told him that and then he said it was only a little bit. I told him never to do it again. I have been told for years that the neighbors' landscaper always blows their leaves and throws their deadwood onto my property. I believed it but never saw it for myself until now. I am so thoroughly disgusted that a professional landscaper would stoop so low.
