We have a roof antenna and our signal started going in and out. We called them during a snow storm and they said they would call back when the weather was better. After a couple weeks I called them back, and while he said he definitely had my number and planned on calling, he couldn't find it while we were on the phone. They ended up calling us back after another week or to to schedule a visit. The man who came was punctual, very thorough, and seemed knowledgeable. After testing the connections inside the house, he went up on the roof, and he found that the connectors on the wires on the antenna were rusted and broken. He put new ends on the wires and gave us tips on how to improve the system further, but he was not at all pushy. In all, he was working for close to an hour. While the initial scheduling was a little bumpy, we were happy with the service and thought the price was reasonable. They were very friendly.
Description of Work: They repaired the connections on our roof antenna.
