This guy responded right away. I called him in the evening and he called me at 7:00 the next morning. He came right away and it was a simple matter, he fixed it in a matter of 10 minutes.
He told me the night before that he'd call me the following morning. He called me when he said he would. And then he gave me two windows and he was here within that second window right when he said he would be. I appreciated that he did what he said he would.
On subsequent visit to repair bathroom sink, fixtures replaced. On both jobs, Mr. Votano was courteous, responsive, and did an excellent job in fixing the problem at a reasonable price. We were very impressed by his responsiveness to our calls and getting the situation resolved for us. We would recommend Votano Plumbing for the excellent service provided to us.
"I met with the member to look at above job gave them a quote with no metion of copper pipe at exterior. I kept lines of comunication open and called them on various occasions. Had to wait for snow to melt to finish quoted work and did so in atimely fashion. Also in good faith let them hold balance until job was complete. Cant keep everyone happy thank you for the oppertunity."
