Excellent as always. A carpenter we know later looked at the job, and noticed Dino had even removed some wall trim so the vanity sat flush against the wall. He is a stickler for detail, and was impressed by that small bit of extra work. Dino is indeed a fastidious and detailed worker. We have used him many times over the years and have always been satisfied.

I used him 2 weeks ago for an emergency. I had something stuck in my disposal. The price kind of bowled me over. I called them up and asked about his price when I got the invoice and he did a very good job of explaining it and I wish I would have taken better advantage of it. Whether he stays for 5 minutes or an hour it's the same price. Plumbers charge anywhere from $125 or most of them $150 an hour. If they come over and the job is 10 or 15 minutes, that's still what you are paying. Often times they have a trainer, someone that they are training.
This guy responded right away. I called him in the evening and he called me at 7:00 the next morning. He came right away and it was a simple matter, he fixed it in a matter of 10 minutes.
He told me the night before that he'd call me the following morning. He called me when he said he would. And then he gave me two windows and he was here within that second window right when he said he would be. I appreciated that he did what he said he would.

The service was fast and professional and flushing out the pipes that had blocked - Mr. Votano also provided information on resources to help us clean up the flooded basement.
On subsequent visit to repair bathroom sink, fixtures replaced.  On both jobs, Mr. Votano was courteous,  responsive, and did an excellent job in fixing the problem at a reasonable price. We were very impressed by his responsiveness to our calls and getting the situation resolved for us.  We would recommend Votano Plumbing for the excellent service provided to us.

We have used him several times and will continue to do so. He is very skilled and very responsive when we have had emergencies. And does excellent work.

Tennant called and told me that her garbage disposal and quot;fell offand quot; and needed to be replaced. Called Dean. We told me he could take care of the install the next day. He called me the next day and installed as promised. While he was there the tenant showed him a leaky faucet. Dean called me and said he could take care of it right then. He went and picked up the faucet and installed it that same day. I didn't have to do anything.. When he sent me the bill I was a little surprised at how reasonable it was. I appreciate an honest contractor who's in business to service clients long term. Not one who whacks you hard when you really need them. Will use Dean again and refer him when I get the chance.

Always exactly on itme. Showed up when he said he would and completed all the work.

We had to wait a while for them to come. Also, he originally talked about using copper piping on the exterior, but when he came back a second time to replace the pipes, he didn't use copper pipes and did not adjust the original price.

I have used them several times. Consistent high quality work. Very responsive and come on time. They are a bit more expensive, but I'd rather pay more to ensure a good job.

He does outstanding work like nobody does. I rate him A+ overall.
