THEY ARRIVED 30 MINUTES LATE, DID NOT CLEAN IN DRAWERS OR CLOSETS, DID NOT USE HOT WATER TO CLEAN CARPETS, DID NOT CLEAN THE BATHROOMS WELL. NEW TENANTS COMPLAINED ABOUT THE CLEANLINESS (LACK THEREOF) OF THE APARTMENT.
