Tile International

Don came to our house to see the space and take measurements, helped us select the tile and grout and was our point of contact throughout the process. He was very courteous and professional and had a great sense of humor! Ginny helped coordinate the install schedule, even made sure to call just before the installer arrived so we could sequester our dogs. The installer did an incredible job, we are extremely happy with the results. It was a bit pricey but you get what you pay for!

The work that they did was very good in the kitchen. They left a cracked tile in the bathroom and we definitely had to followup with that. We had a full argument with them about the fact that they left a cracked tile in the middle of our bathtub but they did come back and remedy it but ultimately the work that they did do was very good but they should have told me that the tile was cracked and whether I wanted them to fix it. They did an awesome job on the backslash and when it was all done, they remedied it and it looked awesome. The cost was very reasonable because I did price it out to others and their pricing was very competitive.

Overall the experience was good. The owners are very responsive, and the few issues that arose during the project were corrected promptly and at no extra cost to us. The completed work is beautiful and we are very happy with our new bathroom.
The only negative was the cost. This was way over the budget we had set for this work, but we chose to use them anyway because we expected that the work would be done perfectly and quickly, and that there would be no issues. While we are very happy with the results, when we look back on our decision we think we could have found someone to do comparable work for a lower price.

The tile selection and the tile we chose were beautiful. The lead time that they give as far as how long it will take to come in is gravely underestimated. Basically our contractor was ready to put the border piece in and it wasn't in. It was within the estimated time they gave us. I called and they were very responsive and ended up getting the tile out the next day. They were responsive to it but it was double the amount of time to get the tile in and we had to stay on top of them. We would use them again because we know how long it takes to get the tile in now.

I am very happy with the work that was done. The floor looks great. I can't even tell there was a hole in my floor before. The surround looks great too. I would recommend them to anyone who needs work on existing tile or new tile installed.

I WENT TO A NUMBER OF TILE STORES WHERE THE SALES PEOPLE JUST TRIED TO MATCH MY TILE WITH THEIR CURRENT INVENTORY AND DID NOT TAKE THE EXTRA TIME TO RESEARCH OTHER SOURCES. THE SALES REP AT TILE INTERNATIONAL, YOIGINI PATEO, CONTACTED A SALES REP AND TRACKED DOWN A SMALL SUPPLY OF THE TILE. ENOUGH TO FINISH MY PROJECT! I WAS IMPRESSED WITH HER SERVICE DESPITE THE FACT THAT I WAS NOT ORDERING A LOT OF TILE AND DID NOT NEED INSTALLATION HELP. GIVE THEM A TRY!
