Sreviced once and then the Sanyo quit. I have called and he does not return calls.
Not a good instellation and a inferior product and will not work and he will not service.

MY HVAC SETUP IS 120V LINE (STANDARD HOUSEHOLD WIRING). SEVERAL ELECTRICIANS HAD OFFERED TO DO THE JOB, BUT SAID THEY WOULD NEED TO ADD A COUPLE OF CHARGEABLE HOURS TO FIGURE OUT THE HVAC WIRING SINCE IT'S NOT SOMETHING THEY WORK ON REGULARLY. THE OWNER CAME OUT FOR AN ESTIMATE AND WAS KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT THE WORK THAT NEEDED TO BE DONE. HIS ESTIMATE FOR LABOR WAS APPROX $250-$300. WHEN I REQUESTED TO SEE THEIR INSURANCE PAPERS, HE DECLINED THE JOB STATING CONCERNS THAT MY HVAC SETUP WOULD NEED AN ELECTRICIAN TO MAKE FINAL CONNECTIONS TO 120V POWER. I OFFERED TO HIRE AN ELECTRICIAN TO ASSIST, WHICH HE AGREED TO. AFTER LINING UP AN ELECTRICIAN, I CALLED THEM A WEEK LATER TO COORDINATE SCHEDULES. HE THEN TOLD ME THAT HE HAD JUST SECURED A NUMBER OF CONTRACTS AND NO LONGER HAD TIME FOR MY JOB. I FOUND THIS TO BE EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND A TOTAL WASTE OF MY TIME.
