THEY FOUND A VIRUS ON MY SYSTEM THAT I DIDN''T KNOW I HAD (NIMDA VIRUS). THEY WERE KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT RESOURCES FOR COMPUTER EQUIPMENT; MADE RECOMMENDATIONS ON A FAX MACHINE FOR ME TO PURCHASE. GAVE ME WEB SITES TO LOOK FOR MORE INFORMATION AND EQUIPMENT. THEY ALSO HAVE A $10 COUPON FOR FIRST-TIME CUSTOMERS.
