Awful. Owner did job. Was very rude, abrasive. Zero customer service ability. Spent an odd amount of time looking in our windows while on ladder. Pregnant wife was home and he didn't identify himself as to who he was and why he was there. Just walked on property making her feel very scared home alone. Couldn't understand why he was looking into windows so much. Wife called me at work and I came home. Upon arrival owner got verbally abusive with me. DEFINATELY NOT SOMEONE TO DO BUSINESS WITH. Happy to talk to anyone with questions or concerns about my experience.
