Ray was GREAT. He got the stains out! Plus he was professional, very knowledgable, and personable. He saved us quite a bit of money because the carpets looked like new. We put the house on the market soon thereafter, and we sold it without anyone questioning those carpets. He was well worth the money.

Sunshine Cleaning Service, Ray Demao, was excellent. He came to our house to discuss and understand the work (specially wanted to make sure he understand the various types of stone that we had in our house to ensure he used the best products). He is a wonderful communicator as we discussed price and schedule. Ray executed to work as we discussed: he arrived on time, updated me as to the progress and the result were excellent. Our various stones are beautiful once again. We would definitely use Ray again.

Ray thoroughly analyzed the stain, and then treated it correctly, and the stain was removed. He was professional, thorough, and personable. We will use his service again.

Ray was excellent. He took time to explain to me what to expect and what he would do. He was thorough and skilled at eliminating virtually all the stains that had accumulated. The carpets look brand new and a white chair/ottoman are bright and clean. I was amazed at what he accomplished. I would definitely hire Ray again. Worth every penny.

Ray is the master! Inspection, nap brushing, vacuuming, spot cleaning, then a full deep cleaning using 160* hot water and an extraction system. Hard to believe the color of the waste water he threw away-all that stuff was in our carpets! Then a houseful of fans for several hours to aid in drying. Ray returned that evening to remove the fans. I have used Sunshine Systems before and referred them while I owned my handyman business; never heard anything but rave reviews, so add this one to the pile!

It went super! The carpet looks fantastic........... wonderful results. It is clear that Ray knows everything there is to know about carpets and is eager to share his knowledge with you. Aside from being an expert in carpet cleaning, he was very courteous and personable. I highly recommend him!

Ray did a very good job cleaning our carpets. He is very courteous and professional, and you can tell he has a real passion for doing a precise and complete job. The previous owners of our house had a dog, the house smelled like dog, and I feel we probably got the most thorough cleaning we could have gotten.
He started off by giving me a very detailed explanation of his whole process and how it differed from the services one would get from a competitor. I verified this when I called another guy and asked him to explain his process to me. Ray does a lot more than a typical carpet cleaner. The price for a cleaning ends up reflecting that, but his hourly rate actually ends up being the same as most other cleaners I looked at.
Throughout the process he would show me the amount of dirt he was pulling up from the carpet and before-and-after pictures to give me an accurate idea of the difference the cleaning made. He has a lot of integrity with how he approaches his business, and I really appreciated that.
In the end, most of the dog hair was pulled up from a tight berber carpet weave. We did find a spot or two where a tuft of dog hair remained on the side edge of the stairs where the carpet folds over, but it was probably because the equipment can only reach so many spots. The carpet was also frayed there from the dog, so it probably had worked its way in quite insidiously. The dog smell was also greatly reduced. Considering that the carpets had basically never been cleaned to this extent before, a single cleaning by Ray went a long way.

I work as a general contractor and I use Ray at Sunshine Cleaning Systems for all of my carpet cleaning needs. He has gotten rave reviews from even my most demanding clients. I can count on him for excellent communication, punctuality, and results. What more could you ask for?

Ray DeMeo is fantastic. He is professional, efficient, courteous, and knowledgeable. He's also terrific around kids - my toddler wanted to follow him everywhere around the house, and he was patient and even playful with her while he got his work done. He was a pleasure to work with.

Recently, we had a burst pipe that caused a carpeted floor to become soaked. Having used Sunshine Cleaning System before, I called Ray to see if he was available. Gladly, given the crisis at hand, he was able to reschedule some ongoing projects and come to
our home within a couple of hours to assist.  He went beyond what I felt was the ?normal? level of service. Prior to removing the water from the carpet, he assisted me moving furniture and related materials out of the room that was effected. Given the
situation and the resulting stress, I was not thinking clearly and logically, he took charge of the situation and guided me to make good decisions. I welcomed his assistance since it went well beyond what I feel other service providers would have done. Basically, he did whatever he could to get the job done properly and correctly.

Ray was terrific. Very nice, professional, polite, neat.  The sofa looks brand new again.  He was delightful.  I highly recommend Ray.

This was the best carpet cleaning service we've ever had. We'd gone several years without a cleaning and my expectations were modest in terms of how much long-term soil it would be possible to remove, especially in the high-traffic areas, particularly since the last carpet cleaner we'd used had told us no one could get that carpet really clean. But Ray did! He was prompt, very thorough, and very professional, and included things (such as leaving multiple large fans in place for five hours to dry the carpet more quickly, and giving us a spot cleaner that he said he would replace for life). We'll definitely use his services again.

He did a great job. We had just completed a construction job and all our floors were very dusty. He left our home immaculate. Ray is perfectionist who really knows his stuff and he is committed to doing an excellent job.

Everything went well as usual. The technician was extremely thorough, arrived promptly, and did an excellent job of removing stains without damaging the carpet. Furthermore, the price is commensurate with the high-quality work performed by the company.

We had some very difficult stains to remove from the carpet. The origin was from our cat (not urine). Attempted to spot clean the carpet myself but finally gave up and called in a professional. They were able to remove the stains and made the entire carpet look like it was new again. Very impressed with the professionalism of the Ray DeMeo, the owner of firm; I understand he has several professional certifications and continues to seek additional training to better serve his client base. Having worked with other carpet cleaning firms when living elsewhere, they are usually in and out of a job in an hour or less. Sunshine Cleaning Systems does not speed through a job just to get it done; they will take the time required to fully and properly clean the carpet. You DO get the level of service you pay for! Without question, will engage the firm again when I need carpet or upholstery cleaned again.
