The experience could not have gone better. The loading and unloading and moving were fine, including for the delicate items. They were on time, professional and careful. When I brought over the additional items to add to the storage, they helped me get them (one VERY heavy and requiring a adolly and a strong guy) into the storage unit without additional charge. I am completely happy with this company. I feel their prices are quite fair, and the service is excellent.

We actually were referred to them by a friend who had used them for moving as well as storage. When I called they gave me prices over the phone that were more than reasonable and the price the gave was the price we got. No extra charges or so-called "administrative fees." When we were moving ourselves in two employees helped us. We thought for sure they would charge and we were more than willing to pay them but they refused payment. I couldn't believe it. How unusual.

We used them several years ago and the experience was great. They have since switched ownership. We were in a time crunch to get everything moved that day. When the appointment was set we informed to be there at 10 due to the traffic that time of morning. He insisted on coming out at 8. He ended up showing up an hour late after all. He began loading things into the truck and as they were loading the table in we noticed a big chip in the table as they were taking out of the apartment and asked him about it. He took offense to it and he got very upset with us. He then let us know that there would be an additional charge for the time he was stuck in traffic. It appeared he was overwhelmed by the work load and his other appointments scheduled that day and used the traffic charge as a means to get out of it. We were in a time crunch to get everything moved that day. They stopped unloaded the truck and put everything back inside. We were panicked- needing to be out that day and I started crying and asked him to please help and understand the situation. We were not trying to accuse him of it, but we did not notice the damage before hand. He told me no no..I am out of here and I will not be talked to like this. He and his men unloaded the truck and drove off. The workers had attitudes the whole time they were here. We let it continue due to the schedule we were on. We did not know what to do so we called another company and luckily they were excellent in assisting us and turning the situation around. This was a terrible experience and would not recommend them to anyone. Their attitudes were terrible. This would have been much better if he would have stated the job was much bigger than anticipated and offered to come back with adequate help and when time was not an issue for him.
