Lucas was fantastic! He provided friendly and expert service! He replaced 10 locks and repaired a door from dragging on the threshold. I will always use him for my door lock needs from now on.

Arrived within one hour. Worked intensively for 2 hours to successfully repair and realign antique Baldwin front door lock. Explained what he was doing and was easy to work with. Worth the $400 charge.

Tried to charge me for a visit after they said the quote was free and then quickly took it back when confronted. Also wanted to charge me nearly $900 for changing 6 locks! Outrageous! The prices for the services fluctuated wildly as the locksmith â called his managerâ multiple times for approval. Shady business overall and would not recommend.

Highly recommended. Lucas was to us in less than 30 minutes, rekeyed two locks lickety split, charged us significantly less than I expected.

They were very responsive. I called and and they were here within about 45 minutes or so. Which is great. The guy who did the work, Lucas, was very polite and very efficient. I recognize when a company needs to send someone out to do do one job It is not going to be cheap. The only criticism I would provide is Lucas did not seem to have in his responsibilities to clean up. So I wound up cleaning up the metal shards on the floor and picking up the broken drill bit remaining after the work was done. I don't understand why I should have to do that, having already paid for the service.

Lucas was quick to reply to the RFQ, was flexible to meet, and was ready to get the job done on the spot. He was very professional and a really nice guy. His pricing was on par with others, if not a little lower, but he didnâ t charge anything extra to do the work quickly or on the weekend, which is what we needed. Thanks again, Lucas!
