They're great. They?re always great. They charged me less than my initial quote.

They did a good job. They came did their job, very professional.

We purchased a special.  They were super quick and the price was good for what we purchased.  They were on time.  They ran out of one of the cleaning solutions so they decided to give us scotch guard in the rooms.  They do a better job than the ones that you rent.

Not well. I contracted with Stanely Steemer for one main reason, so that they would bring their machine in to clean the terra cotta floor tiles in my kitchen. I figured that since they would be coming for that, I would also have them clean the ceramic tiles in the bathrooms. But that was not my primary objective, the kitchen floor tiles were. Their ads state that "We Clean All the Surfaces in Your Home", including Tile and Grout. No exceptions are noted. So these Stanely Steemer guys show up - late - and say, oh, no, we don't clean terra cotta tiles. If I'd known that, I never would have hired them. I had already paid, so I had them proceed to cleaning the bathroom tiles. But I will never hire them again and instead will continue to look for someone, or some firm, that does what they say they will do. I can't speak to how they clean carpets, but for me, this was an almost total waste of money.

Everything went very well, on time, non-intrusive and good quality work. The chairs weren't perfectly clean, but that could have been due to the stain (they advised us of that before they started. Cleaned up after themselves including vacuuming the carpet.. Price is a little high without a coupon, but there are coupons all over the place.

I was very satisfied with the service. They were on time and very professional.

They were prompt, pleasant, very reasonable, and the quality of service excellent.

I have used them before. I'm extremely impressed with them, and they do a fantastic job. They were very impressive. The interaction was fine. They were professional.
