Adam (owner) is thorough, conscientious, professional and neat. His number one concern is customer (you) satisfaction. He went above and beyond for me. Why was it necessary? I had a choice between a Fujitsu system and a more expensive Mitsubishi system. I chose Fujitsu. In hindsight, I believe that was a mistake. While the system "works" (adequately cools), it does not work right. It regularly requires tinkering in order to achieve desired results. I cannot just set a desired temperature and fan speed or set to automatic and expect the system to perform properly. The set temperature on the remote must be 2-4 degrees lower than the actual desired room temperature ( as verified by three room thermometers simultaneously). Adam had a fujitsu rep come to the house and he thought installation was proper and performance was acceptable. I believe the problem is a function of the system design. Friends with new Mitsubishi units can set a desired temperature and the room achieves the temperature.

I could not be happier with my decision to use Boiler Express to replace my boiler.  After looking around for prices, and getting an idea of the cost, I called The Boiler Express and they sent Mike out that day to provide us with an estimate.  He was courteous and professional, and much to my surprise, said he would be able to install a new boiler that week.  His estimate was accurate, and the overall service far surpassed my expectations.  The crew came out later that week to begin the installation, and they were done the same day they started!  If I ever needed a new boiler in the future, Boiler Express would be my first call.

Mike and Adam were great.   I am a structural engineer and I get paid to be very critical and look for every possible issue.  I have nothing but good things to say about them.  The price was very competitive and they did what they promised and performed the work when they said they would.  Mike took the time to walk my wife and I through the process.  Mike and Adam are both very friendly, even my one-year old daughter liked both of them.  They responded to all my concerns in a timely manner and answered all my questions (I had a lot).  I would be very comfortable recommending boiler express to any of my relatives and friends.

Everything with this project has gone beautifully so far.  Michael knows his business and crew was meticulous. Adam is an artist with copper pipe!  Boiler Express came in and in one day installed the new high efficiency boiler/hot water heater, removed the old boiler, piping and two oil tanks. They left the cellar cleaner than they found it. I would highly recommend them to my friends.

The whole process went surprisingly smooth.  I called to get an estimate, they came out the next day and provided me with a detailed estimate.  There price was in the same range as the other quote I had already received .  I called them the next day and we scheduled a date for installation.  I was worried because it was a little cold out but, they came and completed the installation in one day as promised.  The mechanical room was left considerably cleaner after they were done with the job than when they started.  The heating system has been working great.  They also gave us a 10 year parts and labor warranty, which was much better than the other proposal I received.  I would highly recommend Boiler Express.
