The provider came out three or four times. Once to determine the problem, then to see if they could use the existing conduit which ran underground (they could not) and then to fix the problem. They ended up running a pcp pipe above ground with the electrical wiring as there was a shortage in the underground wiring. Their consultant, JASON, also worked closely with my property manager to ensure that I received approval from my condo board to do the job.
