Snow Removal
The contract stated that if the snow is less than 4-6 inches that is would be done one pass. the snow was 4 1/2 inches but he charged me double for the service because he had to come back he said the snow was too heavy. He said he was too tired to finish the first night. He was also suppose to do the sidewalk and stairs and he never touched them. The next day it turned to ice. Per the contract he was suppose to put down salt and he never did. I am an older person with a heart condition and I feel like he is taking advantage of that fact
