The contractors who did the plumbing when my place was originally built decades ago should have been locked up. S.D.H. had someone out the very next day after I threw in the towel after two days of snaking a difficult bathtub drain. It took Steve no more than 15 minutes to clear it. My hatâ s off to him. I just wish I could get two days of my life back.

These guys are good. They gave us a reasonable price, came out on time, and installed a quality water heater with a 10-year warranty. They were both friendly and knowledgeable and left no debris behind. They also took the old water heater with them and did not charge extra. It's been nearly two weeks since the installation and everything is working properly. What was not to like? --- Jim R
