Everything went great.  Mark is very professional and very responsive.  Will definitely use his services in the future.

Mark was very professional and completed extremely neat and tidy work. I am a very "hands on" and inquisitive person and Mark was patient with me and answered all of my questions. We are planning to renovate a couple more rooms where we will be redoing all of the electrical again and will definitely be calling on Scintilla Electric to do the work. I would highly recommend this company for both their fair price and the high quality of the work completed.

Mark spent about 4 hours on one day replacing the circuits. However, it turned out there was a problem with one of them that tripped the new circuit breaker as soon as it was installed. Mark spent about an hour trying to track down the problem, but it was too late in the day to finish. He also needed to get a replacement under-counter fixture. So we arranged a second visit. He was able to locate the problem with the circuit and install the under-counter light in less than an hour. He was very easy to talk to, very communicative, answered all my questions, cleaned up after himself, checked his work, and did a terrific job. He was concerned to keep my costs reasonable, which I appreciated, and explained the charges very clearly. Overall, he did an excellent job. I will definitely call him again with electrical work.

Mark is works often with NJ Rossi and it was Nick who introduced us during our kitchen pantry project. As a young master electrician, he brought a lot of experience (he comes from a family of electricians) to our project and the same business-sense that Nick Rossi showed. Efficent and direct, Mark reviewed the job, gave us a price and met the deadline. Just a couple of examples of his approach: 1 - I bought 3 inch recessed insulated light casings for our back hallway. After really looking at the space and hearing what we were trying to do, Mark went out and picked up right size (and color after talking with my wife) casing, returned to our house and finished the job. 2- on the last day of the job, Mark came over in the early AM, after our painter finished her work late the day before, to install the light fixtures in the pantry. He was having an issue with the door jam component when the California Closet installation team showed up. Upon reviewing the installation plan with California Closets, we realized that the location of the new electrical outlet Mark installed was about 5 inches lower than where it should be - this was definately the home owners fault, not our contractors. Without a second thought, Mark jumped right in, moved the outlet and California Closets was back in business within 30 mins, finishing the cabinet installation. Overall, his work was spotless, conscious of how he might impact the kitchen/hallway while moving outlets and wiring and dependable. We will work with Mark again and have asked him to so some electrical work for us when we do re-hab of our thrid bedroom in March.

Mark came promptly, found the problem with the wiring behind the thermostat, got a replacement thermostat (first checking with us that we were OK with the price), and installed it quickly.

I contacted Mark a few weeks ago. He came out in a day or so and gave us a price for the work. He then committed to a date and arrived on time and completed the work.

We really enjoyed working with Mark, because this whole process was so new to us, we did have to make changes as the project progressed. Mark took everything we threw at him in stride. He was eager to work with us until every last detail was figured out. Since the time the kitchen has been completed, we have had Mark back twice to install new light fixtures and fix a broken outlet. He made a process that we knew NOTHING about go smoothly. We look forward to working with him in the future.
