Eric, the owner of Renaissance remodeling is fantastic. He is professional, communicative and above all is dedicated to providing exceptional work. I have had several contracting jobs done by Eric and his team over the last year, including indoor painting, custom carpentry and recently a new roof and skylights. The process each time was smooth, transparent and the price fair. I highly recommend Eric for your project if you want someone you can trust to do high quality work.

Eric told me how long it would take, and what was going to happen.  They are really thorough, and they cleaned up every night.  I have children, so that was a big deal.

They guaranteed their work. They were highly professional and they didn't overcharge. The service was great.

Eric and his crew were amazing. I had no idea what to expect and have two small kids, so I was very hesitant about this entire project. It's a large 2-family and the roof is extremely large and has many angles. Eric is the owner and works alongside his crew. He has a small, but highly skilled crew, so the job takes longer than a larger company, but it's worth it. They came every day on time and worked hard during the hottest 2 weeks of the year. They were completely respectful of me and my kids: language was clean and 90% of the time there was no radio (and then there was, it was quiet and "clean"). They cleaned up at the end of every day, absolutely no mess and no nails, debris anywhere. I got three estimates, and Renaissance came in in the middle. I chose them because of the price and because of a very high recommendation from my neighbor, a retired carpenter/contractor. Eric was busy, so it took about 2 months from the time we decided to go with him, but he kept in touch and kept us updated as to where we were in his work queue. The job took about 8 days (we have a HUGE roof), but it was worth it. They even offered to vacuum out the attic. We also went with them also because you get the owner and he stands behind his work and his crew, which I highly value. He guaranteed the roof basically for life.
