BOB PRATT, THE OWNER, WAS VERY CONCERNED THAT THE JOB GO SMOOTHLY (NO COMPLICATIONS), AND WITHIN HIS DETERMINED TIME FRAME. THIS MADE HIM RELUCTANT TO ENTERTAIN SUGGESTIONS WHICH CAME UP AS WORK PROGRESSED--EVEN THOUGH THEY WERE NECESSARY FOR US TO BE SATISFIED WITH THE PROJECT.
