Power Home Remodeling called and pitched their windows. As I am in the market to replace my windows I agreed to scheduling an appointment to get an estimate. Today 7/27 they were scheduled to arrive at 10 AM. Around 7:30 AM I received a call to confirm the appointment and my address. The gentleman then began to talk about financing. As I do not need financing and was headed out to a medical appointment, I asked if we could discuss any additional items when I saw them at 10AM. Well 10AM came and went and Power Home Remodeling was a "no show". At 10:45 AM I called they and was told since I did not answer all their questions they cancelled the visit. I then asked to speak to a manager and he gave the same explanation. So I asked what more did they need to know . . . outside my name, address and appointment time . . . to have kept the appointment. The manager said they would need to know if there was anyone else in the household who would need to be involved in the transaction. Since they were no able to ask the question the appointment was cancelled on their end. Keep in mind it was just for a "no obligation" visit to provide an estimate! I'd run don't walk away from this unprofessional company!

We heard about Power Home Remodeling from a company representative, Cedric, who was in the neighborhood for a project on a neighbor's home. He helped us set up an appointment for later in the evening on the same day. In the evening, Tyler returned to quote out the siding, trim, and gutters. The whole process took about 4 hours, but it was very informative and left us with a thorough understanding of Power Home Remodeling as a company as well as the services they provide and materials they use. A few reasons we decided to go with Power Home Remodeling were that many of our neighbors have used them for multiple home projects, there was no deposit required before starting the work, and all the services and materials are covered by a lifetime, transferable (single transfer) warranty. The warranty itself provided us comfort because we knew we would be covered for the full time we are in our current home and we would be able to give the next owners some peace of mind. The time between the quote and when actual work was completed was only a couple of weeks. The work was done over the course of two consecutive days (Friday and Saturday) and the cleanup was great. There were two issues with how some of the downspouts were finished (second level not fully attached to the first level, lower level spout in line with fence). However, part of the service is for a Power Home Remodeling inspector to come to the home and inspect the work as well as address any issues. This meeting occurred within a week of the actual work and all of our concerns were addressed and are scheduled to be fixed. All the employees that we interacted with were polite, professional, and explained everything very thoroughly. As mentioned, we will be using Power Home Remodeling for our future siding project and recommend using them for your future housing needs!

The installers were very professional. Clean up was great. Quality assurance manager came out can checkout everything and fixed some minor issues. We will be using again. In fact we are having a door installed in August.

One of the worst experiences of my life.After three week installing my windows It started to fall apart I have pictures I called customer service to see if they can fix it and they had The nerve to charge me half to come down there and fix it. After only 3 weeks

Our first issue was that the roof appears to have different colored shingles on it. This is unacceptable for a brand new, full roof installation. Secondly, the dumpster used for cleanup was left in the incorrect spot and blocked our only car in the garage, so we could not leave for our vacation (thankfully we did not have an emergency, as we could not have gotten out for that either). Thirdly, our gas fire pit was tipped on its side so the rocks came out and damaged our fire pit. We found nails around our yard, which is unavoidable, but we also found them in the couches that were on our deck - I expect these areas to be checked. Finally, we've been trying to coordinate remediation directly with Power Home but they have taken no actions to remediate any of this in the past week.

Don't hire this company! New windows in 6 weeks but they can't repair a screen for 6 months, installation was in March, installed with a ripped screen call customer service they can come out in October to fix. I am mortified as I closely inspected the outside 4 out 5 windows the vinyl wrap did not cover the new wood. Wish I could have them taken out. Horrible job

Fantastic! They were fast, efficient and clean. The company followed up with me to make sure that the install went well. Will definitely use them again.

Installment was delayed 5 months. Waited for installers to arrive on scheduled dates and they never did. One window was installed incorrectly and will not be fixed for 4 months. Absolutely horrible customer service. Would never recommend this company to anyone.

We have really enjoyed working with them and have used them several times. Their crew was awesome and they cleaned up very well. We still can't get over the good jobs they have done. They are very accommodating, professional, and we would highly recommend them.

We heard about this company from a knock on the door. We were planning on replacing 6 casement windows in the front of our house. We met with a very nice salesman who proceeded to sell the crap out of his company. For almost 3 hours. We agreed to do the windows, agreed to the price, and when he called his manager, they said the job was too small and was not worth it. So they asked us to add more windows…. And we said no. So they didn’t take the job. Their loss of a 7k project. I would never in a million years recommend this company. And I’d like payment for the 3 hours of my time you wasted.

Windows were delayed from the original December installation to March (supply chain issue). Then, I was contacted by Power agent via phone to move up install date since windows had arrived earlier than expected. They said they would call the night before to confirm but then did not. I received a call from them on the morning of installation saying that someone had called in sick so it would need to be rescheduled. Luckily, I was off the entire week and they were able to schedule the install a couple days later (at my convenience). If I had taken a day off for the install, this would have been a problem rescheduling.. The lead worker and his assistant were very nice and professional when they arrived promptly at 8am on the rescheduled date. They laid down drop cloths and were able to answer my questions.

We had two doors and two windows installed. The first door required them to come out four times to correctly install (it still blows open if we don't use the deadbolt). The two windows were not insulated AT ALL, and when they came to insulate them, the tech noted that the door was drafty because it was warped. No offer to fix, just said that the type of door we bought often warps. It is freezing in my dining room and they will not come out to repair it until the end of March (in two months). The customer service rep mentioned that "they have been out several times". Yes, because your workmanship is flawed, leaving my house a drafty mess- my thermometer is reading 60 degrees next to the door- the thermostat is set at 70.

We met with a salesman fro. Power after they knocked on our door. We had known we were interested in the siding and decided to start with the trim and the gutters to get the ball rolling. One month later everything was installed and looks excellent.

We had a few estimates lined up for the bow window replacement. Power was the first estimate and they were excellent. Pricing was great and the people were so polite.

Trim went well, gutters look good but not sure if the down spout on the porch will hold up. Door look go but were about a month late.

While the work seems to be thorough (only a month afterwards), the customer service was rather poor. No effort was made to ensure customer satisfaction for something that cost a lot of money. We were ignored with some of our concerns that we viewed as the Power representatives not being clear with the work plan. We've had to replace tires from nails left in the driveway, a flagpole that was destroyed and carpentry that we were told is 'the way it is to ensure the warranty', which is just ugly. Instead it should have been, how can we work together to achieve the aesthetics while ensuring our work meets the goal of protecting the house. We were not asking for a lot of carpentry, but after conveying our thoughts, we were told - 'when can we pick up the check, the job is complete as we see it'. Whatever happened to customer service. So my review is poor because this was completely ignored. For a family-run business, it's unfortunate. If you work with this company, be sure they provide you with every single detail with pictures otherwise they decide and you will have no say.

I’ve used Power Home Remodeling for a number of jobs at my old house and they were top of mind when we moved. Simply put they show up when they say they will and do a quality job. I would strongly recommend Power for your remodeling needs.

For the money paid, the quality of the product and the sloppy workmanship is very disappointing. J-channels fill with leaves, debris was left on roof and in gardens during installation, vinyl looks like plastic, unsightly seams allow wide gaps. When I called to have the panel that blew off replaced, the soonest appointment was three months out, which says little about their lifetime guarantee

Had our roof replaced with power after it started leaking. The crew did it in one day. Very impressed.

We used power to replace a few windows in our home. The salesman was polite and showed us everything. The windows themselves are impressive. The install was a few months out but the crew is working hard and very clean.

We got an estimate to replace the windiws in our home. We started with the bow and he leakiest Windows. The salesman was polite and explained everything well. Some delays for the install because of supply chain issues did come up, but the crew that finally installed the work was great

Had power out for a quote on the windows roof and doors and decided to start with the door. The people were very nice and the door came out beautifully

We used power after our son did to replace the old drafty windows and the experience was excellent. The communication was good and the install was smooth

We used power for the siding a few years back and they did an excellent job on it and the front door. So we had them back for the Windows and the experience has been excellent.

Power came out to inspect a leak in our roof, they unfortunately couldn’t fix our roof because of the way the house is built. We did however need windows replaced and the salesman showed us everything they offered with no pressure. The new windows look beautiful.
