This work was done in April of '99. However, it only lasted for 8 years before it had to be completely redone. The main reason was because Pine Hill skimmed on the asphalt thickness. There was only less than 1" of compacted black top instead of the quoted 3.5". As a result, the driveway cracked and large areas of depression developed over time. A properly done driveway should last 20 years or more. The work done by Pine Hill only lasted 8 years.

Excellent job. Wonderful price (half of what others were quoting). Very professional and to the point. Showed up on time, did the work in a timely manner and finished on time. Everything was done in a single day. The regrading and work looked great and have performed wonderfully. All the water runs off to where it should go.
