THEY DID A DECENT JOB ON INSTALLATION, NOT PERFECT BY ANY MEANS, BUT A POOR JOB ON REFINISHING. THEY TRIED TO REDO THE REFINISHING, BUT THEY WEREN'T SUCCESSFUL. THEY AGREED TO DEDUCT OFF THE PRICE TO HAVE THE JOB DONE AGAIN. THEY WERE FAIR, BUT FELL SHORT ON COMPETENCE.
