I don't know if he's in business. I was very, very disappointed. Angie's List shouldn't even have him on the list because he's that bad. I called him because I had a little bit of water coming into my attic and he's not reachable. That's why I had to go to Angie's List because I want to know if he was still in business. I wanted to know if he was still in the area. If you have a bad experience with somebody, all of those things are not even applicable. So it's not the punctuality, it's not the showmanship or the workmanship or any of that stuff. If you're disappointed, you're disappointed. You expect to be able to call somebody after you've had an $8000 project done.
