PAINTING BY JOE

This is the second time that I have had Joe do work at my home. He is reliable-always arrives very close to 8 AM, he brings all supplies, but may have to go out for more, if I add an unexpected task to the list. He communicates closely with me when I am at home letting me know when he is taking short breaks and lunch breaks, etc., but also works quite independently when I go out, and he carefully cleans up and locks the door after himself. He has appeared quite honest in his dealings and his work. He knows his business and he knows his limitations and will not get involved in something he knows nothing about. He is respectful of one's possessions and he carefully covers up things in the room, prior to working.
