Julia is an Organizer Supreme. My basement was a chaotic jumble of stuff from the last 28 years of my life here--stuff of mine, compounded by possessions of my parents and two sets of grandparents, as well as things various friends had left there when they left Boston. We went through all of it and sorted it into 3 basic piles: Donate, Trash, and Keep. Through it all, Julia never made me feel judged or pathetic. She approaches her work with earnestness and creativity, solving problems calmly and encouraging me to persevere. I cannot overstate my gratitude for her patience, and ability to listen and make suggestions about where to put things I decided to keep. After the basement we worked on several rooms in my living space, and again, her ideas for where and how to store things were ones I never would have thought of on my own. She also has a lot of experience assembling Ikea wardrobes, etc, a real asset for homes with little closet space like mine. In my case, seeing my collection of DVDs and Videocassettes consolidated and organized led me to realize I had a book to write--a benefit I never dreamed could come of my organizing project! Julia is always punctual and even takes things out to the trash before she leaves. She always goes above and beyond my expectations, clearly enjoying seeing my happiness and satisfaction. I highly recommend hiring Julia if you want to stop worrying about how you are ever going to organize all your things--- and start living more happily in the present.

Julia is very professional. She is prompt, when I say prompt she is on time or mostly early, ready to go, dependable never calls off, and I have used her several times. Her scheduling is easy, she will try to accommodate your needs, very hands on, people oriented and understanding. Whatever task she is given she is ready to do and will even help with work that is out of her scope. She even offered me products that I didn't have to pay for just to help me get organized. She always wants to keep moving and keep busy. She will even find projects that she can do. Maximizes her time.

Julia at Organize YourShelf did a great job at helping me with some personal organization. She was very helping in giving me "homework" and organizing each call to maximize the value and time spent. I walked away with a much better foundation of what I needed to do to get things back on track and feeling like a had a plan moving forward. There was never any judgment or pressure to get rid of items. I have messed some things up since the job but majority of the work is still in place! Itâ s amazing.
