The quality of this company's work was outstanding. The crew was pleasant, professional and clearly very experienced. Their prep work was thorough and their cleanup immaculate. I couldn't have been more pleased with their work. The total cost, however, was significantly higher than the initial estimate given (they did repaint a wall and did a little extra woodwork). When I called to discuss this, Rusty Hills explained that it was because the whole job required 2 coats instead of 1. Though I had tried to clarify what work was included at the time of the initial estimate, the discussion around the need for several coats had always been left vague and I had not realized the estimate was based on 1 coat alone. Whether this was truly a case of true miscommunication - or not - isn't clear. However, I am still entirely satisfied with their work and would recommend them to others, with the caveat to either hammer out all the details first or be prepared to go above the initial estimate.
