Mortgage Companies
Unfortunately, as first time home buyers, NE Moves took us to the cleaners. We were discouraged from using a VA loan and told there "wasn't really a benefit" and that "we would pay more in the long run anyway." Both of those turned out not to be true. Today... just 8 months after we closed on our home, we are refinancing through Quicken Loans, for $600 LESS ON OUR MONTHLY MORTGAGE PAYMENT and no closing costs.
That was what happened on the loan side of things. In addition, we were treated as if we barely qualified through the entire process. Now, with Quicken, I feel like a valued customer. If you are going to use NE Moves, please do your research ahead of time to avoid the shock of finding out how much you were ripped off later.
Furthermore, the only review on FB is from Mike Caruso, who is one of the loan servicers who was impatient with us and non-communicative throughout the process. We were referred to Rick Harrington through my old employer... so dissapointing.
