Mike has done a lot of work for us over the years. As usual, we responded to my e-mail promptly and arrived on time. He diagnosed the problem, which was a bad circulator pump (that was my uneducated guess as well). He had the part, and the work was done in just a few hours. Great work, as always.

Mike responded promptly and was on site within 2 hours (my time frame) He drained and removed broken hot water heater from crawl space basement (not easy to access!) and replaced with a shiny new one within hours of my call. He was very friendly, professional and worked quickly and efficiently to take care of the problem so my tenants didn't have to go without hot water. Great service! I would definitely use Mike again and recommend him to others.

Perfect. On time, Great communications via email. I had an old style (1980s) faucet that was terrible. He picked out a new model that I loved and installed it. He also magically removed the rust stains on my sink so I don't have to replace it. Replaced the drain pieces and now the new stopper works and the drain flows freely. He pulled out all my junk under the vanity and when I checked after he left I noticed he cleaned up all the rust and water stains! How can you ask for better service than that?! Will definitely call again. Price included all parts and labor. Worth it! Also replaced kitchen faucet for sister-in-law downstairs. She's very happy too!

He purchased a new unit while on the way to our home to do the installation.
That cost was part of the $360.
Did the work on a Saturday which was not necessary, but very responsive as I called
him the day before.
Work was done well and it was an easy direct replacement.
Left no mess including removal of the old disposer.
New garbage disposer functions perfectly so far.

I've called Mike half a dozen times, and I've always had a good experience. On this occasion, Mike responded to my e-mail immediately, then showed up on time a couple of days later. He showed up with all of the necessary parts. and completed the job in a reasonable amount of time. As always, he did quality work. He's also friendly and willing to discuss his work.

He was quick to respond and offered to come the very next day. In the end it wasn't a plumbing issue but he fixed the problem nonetheless. He was on-time, quick to reply, and even followed up to make sure everything was alright. Really a great company and a pleasure to work with. Will use again.

He was absolutely amazing. We are having him come back to do some more work probably over the summer. The people that lived here before put in an electric water heater so we going back to gasoline. He got here quickly, he explained everything to me, he was a "do it myself plumber" and i was there. He was awesome explaining to me what he was doing and i understood as a lay person.

I had to get a plumber in at 8 am on a Friday morning, so that I could go to work after the job was done. Mike not only arrived on time, but arrived about 15 minutes early and got to work right away. He was very friendly and showed me the tricks to using the garbage disposal effectively without another clog occurring. His rates were as he had indicated before arriving. I was not aware of the discount through Angie's list, but Mike told me about it to save me money. His rates were hourly, but he was not interested in taking longer than he needed to for getting the job done.

Mike was terrific. He arrived on time and quickly diagnosed the problem. He then went out and bought a new disposal and installed it. He did a fine job and cleaned up after himself. You wouldn't have even known he been there, except for the fact that the disposal now works! Yay!

Mike was very professional, knowledgeable, and prompt. I explained the situation of water leaking inside the wall when the heat was on, and had been misdiagnosed by previous contractors. He came out right away to assess the situation. He could not find an obvious cause, and advised me that he would need to open the wall up to see what was causing the issue. He came back within a week to open the wall up, and found there was a nail in the heat pipe in the upstairs room. He showed me the nail and gave a clear explanation of why it only leaked when the heat was on. He replaced the heat pipes with a flexible pipe and explained why it was a better option than the copper pipe for this particular situation. He also gave me a recommendation for someone to patch the wall. I would use him again for future jobs.

Called to replace shut-off valve behind clothes washer prior to delivery of new machine the next day ... initially said could come early on delivery day but later asked about that same afternoon. Arrived on time, speedily did the work, and engaged in successful troubleshooting when turning the water back on revealed virtually no water flow.
Mike is clearly knowledgeable and experienced, and got right to an issue we didn't even know we had. His pricing may be higher than many, but especially given how fast he diagnosed and fixed our water main clog, I have no complaints at all.

Responsive and easy to deal with. Mike assessed the cause of the leak, but had to guess and then reassess when tile came up because the cause was ultimately hidden under tile (previous remodel job we had done was a disaster, and now we were paying the price).
Turned out to be much more expensive job than we had hoped, because things had to be ripped out and re-installed. And Mike is not a cheap hire -- rather, he is a professional who knows his business inside-out, and you do get the service and skills that go with that.
Much of the work (tile turned out to be outside of his purview, and reinstall of shower doors, sheetrock repair, etc.) was not in his field, as he is not a general contractor. Does plumbing and does it well, but we had to be our own contractor for rest of the work. which is another story.
We will definitely use him again.

The prices were reasonable, we got three quotes including the sump pump and his was the lowest, it was like $1300. He came out to give a quote the same day. When we picked him to do the work, we were able to schedule the following week. He came when he said he would, we have not had a flood so I can't comment on the sump pump. There was a major flood in the basement and now it looks professionally done and he was done in exactly the amount of time he said he would be.

Mike was very responsive from the beginning of process to the end. Very professional answered all calls and questions by both phone and email(more convienent for me). Easy to work with, listened to concerns and gave good feedback about what options that were available to us. I was very comfortable with him coming and going at my home. Respectful of our schedules(4 working adults with differnent schedules). He gave us good references to other contractors(electrical/plastering). Started the work on time and finished on time, kept me updated to progress or any problems that came up. Made sure to provide invoices for work performed and was very clear about pricing, no hidden charges.
Very happy with the work performed. Would highly recommend and would use for future projects.
