I had Conor's crew did my interior part of my unit. I want to be fair and unemotional about the job because i want to be honest to viewers. Conor's quote may be low, however i suspect it is something he has done many times to win the job/contract. What i mean is he will find other things to recover part of the cost by indicating that something went wrong and he will ask for more money. He mentioned that there is some parts of the ceiling has smoke stains. I and my family never smoke. and i found out the previous owner never smoked either. Lastly, his crew had took down my ceiling light due to the paint job. However, they lost one of the screws and i had to scramble to call Conor after 1 month of the job. the job was done right before the state wide pandemic shutdown. and i never bother or dare to go back to the condo since i don't live there anymore. In the final walkthrough, I did not check carefully at the ceiling since i was looking mostly at the walls and the job itself. I think i have a picture of the ceiling light being removed and placed on the table as well when i went there to inspect the work myself during the operation of the job. but i am very certain that the crew removed the light. When i called and explained to Conor, he was very defensive and protective of his crew. I was not calling to tell him that his crew did a bad job. My call was only to have them find the screw and place it in its proper place. that is it. no harm at all to his reputation. Instead, he went and started attacking my integrity. I worked with many contractors, but i have never had a contractor questioned my integrity. This is the first time

After coming by to do estimate Conor provided a detailed estimate and summary of the work that was completely accurate. When I mentioned that we had some personal issues that would affect the timing of the project he adjusted his work schedule to work with ours. His workers hit the project with great vigor, matched all paint colors precisely and blew through a rather lengthy project in two workdays. Incredible - and all the workmanship was top shelf1

He was very responsive and provided excellent service, not only completing the all the work within the time he promised, but also taking it upon himself to do some other minor work to ensure the job met his standards - no extra charge. Highly professional, skilled crews, great to deal with, I would highly recommend Conor.

The appointment for an estimate was made promptly, and Conor appeared on time for the estimate. In fact, Conor came to our house way before the appointment time and waited in his car till the exact time of appointment. My assistant made this initial appointment, and according to her, Conor was very (very) nice on the phone. The quote came on the same day, and it was most competitive among three I collected. The work performed was perfect; the worker was very professional and cordial. The communication via Angie's messaging with Conor was very efficient and quick. This is essential for a professional like me who cannot pick up calls from contractors during business hours, but can only check emails from them while moving from one meeting to another. Their work is prompt and perfefct; the estimate was competitive; and they are easy to communicate via email - why would you choose another painter than Conor?

To begin with, Conor was swift to respond to an opportunity to quote on the work we needed doing. He visited the house within 48 hours and had a written quote, fully broken down back to us within a couple of days. His price was good, and we were able to clarify all details pertaining to the job with him either via email or on the phone. We selected Conor and his team to do the work based on this responsiveness, his price, his reviews and the fact that he was able to show some flexibility in his schedule. On the exterior work, the house was initially power washed. This took a number of hours on a Saturday, and got rid of much of the grime and mildew on the house. His very efficient team then spent a day or two prepping the outside of the house, replacing a small amount of rotted trim before applying two coats of paint. The trim on the house was completed, and with doors and front porch stained the house looks much improved. Internally, we had a ceiling, along with the walls of 4 rooms repainted. This was done when raining outside in a very efficient fashion, it all being completed within an afternoon with the minimum of fuss and disruption. Overall, pricing was competitive. Conor and all his team were friendly, easy to communicate with and proactive. The job was completed quickly, within the time frame that Conor initially specified with minimal disruption and most importantly to a high standard that has improved the look of the house both inside and out.

Prompt and professional with all correspondence.  Kept informed of start date. Very nice to deal with. Fantastic job at a great price. Left the area very clean and tidy. Will happily use this company again.

We used one of Conor's painters to have a small bathroom painted that was looking quite drab (and a bit too purple thanks to the previous owners). The painter showed up right on time at 8am and finished the job in one day--probably by around 3:30pm. They painted the ceiling too, which I wasn't even expecting. The paint job looks very professional and the bathroom has a new life, basically. The painter was super nice and easy to work with (especially when I forgot about street sweeping and almost got him towed...). Would definitely use again for other jobs. $500 for the bathroom which seemed pretty reasonable since materials were included and they did such a good job. We spent weeks painting a few rooms before we moved in this summer and now I'm wishing we just hired someone to do it after realizing how relatively affordable it is and how amazing it looks after.

Conor and his team were great and very professional.  The work was all high quality. What I appreciated the most was the way that Conor kept me informed about projects as they were happening.  I look forward to hiring Conor in the future for other projects.

We've had quite a bit of work done in our home in the recent months since moving in - of all the workers that we've had in and out of the house (plumbers, electricians, etc.), Conor and his team were by far the most professional. They came on time (early!) every day, finished the work two days earlier than expected, and cleaned up after themselves each evening after finishing. They worked fast, but the quality of the work did not suffer as a result. The estimate was closer to the higher end of the quotes that I received, but I felt confident that the team would be able the handle the horsehair plaster in our old home better than some of the other vendors. Conor was responsive and easy to work with, and I would definitely work with him and his team again in the future.

He did a great job and even was able to suggest a carpenter when a problem was discovered during his work. We will definitly use him again.

As always, they were excellent. They also painted the inside of our tudor a year ago (see other review) and his team is hands down the most professional, reliable, dependable and high quality team i've worked with.  I recommend Conner and his team to everyone who needs any type of indoor or out outdoor painting projects

The quality of the paint job is outstanding. Excellent service. Conor was punctual, well-organized, professional, and friendly.  Took the time to explain the process clearly and answered all of our questions.  When a different contractor needed some extra time, Conor adjusted his schedule as though it were a pleasure to accommodate us.  Conor can get things done very quickly because he has a large number of employees.  Just made things work and reduced our stress levels considerably.  Highly recommended.

Overall, it was excellent.  They had 2 guys come in and and pain the first floor of the condo (kitchen and living room).  We had two colors for space. They showed up on time and were completed within the day.  They did two coats and really did an excellent job.  They came back the following day for some touch ups.  It wasn't a hassle to get them back.  The owner called and asked if there was anything that needed to touched up.  Overall, very responsive, very good price, and great service.

Conor was an absolute pleasure to work with from start to finish.  As soon as I contacted him for a quote he got back me to setup a time to come over and discuss the job.  He is very responsive and easy to email with.  He was on time for the consultation and got back to me with a quote within a day or two.  He also helped guide me with some stylistic decisions along the way.
We scheduled the work for about 2 weeks out.  I let Conor know our colors in advance and he took care of buying all the paint.  The day he was scheduled to start work, he showed up on time with a crew of at least 6 guys.  They were careful to move any furniture and belongings we could not move away from the wall.  Tarps went down throughout the apartment to protect the floors.  They completed the job in three days, as promised, and left the apartment in clean condition.  When I saw the final product I was through the roof.  The work was fantastic and totally worth the money.  It was easily the best experience I have had with a contractor in 5 years of home ownership.  I highly recommend Conor and his team.

He's fantastic. He is a wonderful painter. He is a meticulous painter. He left my house in a spotless condition. You couldn't do better.

Conor was a pleasure to work with.  He was punctual, explained things thoroughly and was very accomodating.  Occasionally, it would take a while to hear back from him but overall he was great at communicating.  We received three bids for the work and his was in the middle.  The price seemed to be reasonable, but not cheap. The work that was done was excellent.  We have an old home so the walls were pretty beat up.  They did an excellent job of patching things up and making everything look new.  We had the work done while we were on vacation.  I was concerned that the work might disturb my neighbor downstairs, but they were quiet, did the work when they said they would and they finished the job a day early.  Conor kept me posted while we were away via email.  When we came back everything looked amazing.  There was a very small area around one of our light fixtures that had peeled strangely and another very small area that needed to be touched up.  Conor fixed those up right away so everythihng looked perfect.

Conor gave us a fair bid and was prompt estimating the job.  We had two unusual requests and he addressed them competently and professionally.  We wanted to have the job done while we were out of the house, he said he has done that other customers.  He inspired trust.  We also told him we wanted to have our oak floors refinished at the same time. Conor told us he worked with Martin Fogarty of Celtic Floor Craft  on another house as a team while the  homeowners were on vacation, so we felt pleased and hired both of them.  The job was completed most satisfactorily and we are enjoying our beautiful interior.

I was on a tight schedule and couldn't find anyone to do the job for me by the date I required. Conor managed to fit me into his schedule, did a superb job of painting and clean-up, and drew complements from my new tenants.

Conor responded quickly to my phone inquiry, looked at the job and sent an estimate within just a day or two.  He scheduled the job for the following week.  He and his crew arrived as scheduled, were personable, efficient, extremely attentive to detail and cleaned up impeccably. They were a joy to work with!  I plan to contact Conor for interior painting this winter.

This job was done while my husband and I were  out of the country on vacation, and we were blown away by the results. First of all, one could never tell that the new wall hadn't been there all along. From the carpet that needed to be pulled up (expertly done) to the perfect addition/expansion of the wall, it was truly as if the wall had been there when the house was built. Conor was very thoughtful in picking the door -- selecting one that was sound proof based on our needs and matched the other doors in our home. Also, the paint job was completely flawless.
We had no hesitation in trusting Conor and his team with a key to our house and were so glad we did. Coming home from vacation to a finished produce was such a gift.

It was an excellent experience.  Conor was professional, punctual, and friendly from the get-go.  We considered a few other providers but decided upon Conor for a few reasons- his team could get the job done quickly (two days), his excellent reviews on Angies List, his price was very competitive, and he used some environmentally responsible products.  While planning the job, Conor was easy to reach and quick to response to my questions.  He also provided very sound advice about where to get the biggest bang for our buck (we were painting our condo to prepare it to sell).  The actual work went very smoothly; done on time and at the rate we had discussed.  Conor also came back one week later to do some very minor touch ups the days before our open house, at no additional cost.  I would use him again in a moment and really couldn't imagine anyone being better.
