The improvements have added considerable value to my house...changed the curbside "look and feel" considerably...and have elicited compliments from everyone who has visited my home. The overall comment has been "Wow, I thought the house was built that way from day one." The master bedroom suite, in particular, came out fantastic. And with the winter we are currently having, I'm absolutely loving the garage. LPB is a very personable company and they do very high quality work. If you're thinking about putting an addition on your home or doing some major renovations, I would recommend them without hesitation.

Laurie's estimate was in the mid range and our job was complicated and his plan of attack was the most reasonable sounding (we heard some weird stuff and were also told it would be best to tear the garage down and start over - for about twice what we paid Laurie). He was extremely neat in his work and it was always easy to use all our space when he wasn't around. And he is friendly and easy to deal with.

Laurie is extremely friendly and easy to deal with. He was right on schedule (and when there were some delays we knew exactly why and got good estimates of when work would resume). The worksite was very clean and when he wasn't there ,he left the space useable. The finished work is very well done and we are really happy with the results. The final cost was a bit higher than the original estimate, but that was because we added some stuff, as the project went along.

Laurie Bourgeois (the proprietor) was awesome from the start of the project. He patiently (over 6-7 meetings) explained the scope and the work details. He showed us examples of his previous work (site visit). He handles 1 project at a time and therefore for a 3-month period just worked on my house. He allowed us to change our minds even as he was doing the work because we started getting ideas as the project went along. He was very flexible. The job was very reasonably priced and completed on schedule.
