The work was done in the time promised. The price was competitive with others we asked to bid, and it ended up being one of the simplest home improvement projects we have been through thanks to his efficiency.

He demo’d and replaced the tiles over the entire kitchen backsplash. They did a great job and cleaned up after each day. I highly recommend him for a quality job.

Lou tiled a new bathroom floor, a shower backsplash, and a kitchen splash. He was professional and courteous. He showed up when he said he would and worked efficiently. The finished tile looks great. I recommend him and would hire him again.

We love the job that the crew from this company did. They were every bit of the professionals we were told that they were. They were very friendly, and did not hesitate to answer any of our questions. They took about 3 to 4 days to complete the project. They did a fantastic job. There were not any noticeable gaps between the new tiles or anything of that nature. We felt the price was very competitive.

Louis looked at the job before Thanksgiving & agreed to start work the next Monday. Over weekend, at my insistence, he faxed proposal ($2700) covering only replacing the existing tile & installing cement board in place of existing drywall backing. On arrival Monday, he advised additional work--tile to ceiling; remove wood window frame (partially rotted); replace with. Tile and marble sill. He also felt the tub/shower plumbing was in such bad shape it needed replacement. I called my plumber. Louis felt plumb'g estimate ($650) was too high. Contacted his plumber (not affiliated with Zottola's business) who came same day and charged $375. Tiling took 3-1/2 days. Work is beautiful. Cleanup took extra effort by me but overall I'm quite pleased. Next spring, I plan to have Louis repair brickwork on my front stops. Louis is not licensed by the state--says not req'd for tiling. As he is self-employed, he says he doesn't need workers' comp. He does carry liability ins.
