We were given a 12-4PM bracket for when the team would come. They showed after 4:30PM and we wasted a whole bunch of time waiting for them Much more infuriating were the hidden charges we saw when the time came to pay them. We had received an estimate by email from Lexel. The final price we had to pay was 50% higher!!! They slapped all sort of charges on top of their estimate and also some travel time. I would not recommend this company. They are not honest about what the mnove will cost.

Nick was excellent with communication and response. Jose and Danny were courteous, respectful, careful and wasted no time. Protected my furniture with such care. The day was very rainy and i was extremely concerned. They put my mind at ease. Great value. Definitely get an A!

I was quoted a price of $250 but was charged an extra $70 even though the whole job took 15 minutes. I wouldn't recommend that anyone hire this company.

Pros: They were able to accommodate my move on short notice & the movers were kind throughout the process. Cons: The quote I was given was FAR less than the final charge (nearly $500 more when I paid at the end of the move) and they slightly damaged one of my pieces of furniture. // I recommend looking very closely at the final bill and do not be afraid to ask questions about charges. I wish I would have.
