He came and hes good, the price was fair, I like that he came over and took care of it, no other fee aside form the estimate, he followed up immediately and he did a good job.

I called Joseph in the morning, approx. 10 AM. He said he would send someone around noon. Two men showed up soon after noon. It didn't take them long to fix the wires. I told them about another small problem, and they corrected that. Everything is now working perfectly. I would be happy to recommend Joseph's company to anyone.

They responded quickly, performed the work quickly, and months later it's still working fine. Cost was reasonable.

He promptly fixed it.

The job was completed in 4 hours quality of the door and motor was good.

I left a message for Joe and received a call back roughly a week later. After playing some serious phone tag, we were able to connect. He came by my property on September 1st to check the current functionality of my garage doors, and presumably went to my rental property across town to do the same (though no one was home to confirm). I have since called Joe 3 times, leaving 2 voicemails and have been completely unable to get in touch with Joe. No quote, no scope of work needed, nothing. Would love to pay someone for the work, but it doesn't appear as though Joe is interested in my business.

I needed an overhead garage door to be made and installed in my shed. The owner, Joseph Chisholm,, was very professional, but also personal: it was clear that he is proud of what he does, and want it be perfect. had the shed inspected by the company, Joe then gave his recommendations and price, then ordered the door, and installed it. The job was completed in about 5 weeks time (the time needed to make the door at a manufaturer's facility). The door is perfect and very easy to operate.

I called in the morning. He called back in the afternoon. Came by next morning. Brought the new parts with him and fixed it right then. Nice.

Everything was great. Before Mr. Chisholm arrived, my garage door wouldn't work. When he left, it did. He was responsive, punctual and honest. A great service experience.

Mr. Chisholm took the time to call me back and walk me through how to get my unit to work without any expectation of pay. He was patient and helpful. I have used him before and I would definitely recommend him to anyone. What a pleasure to have someone so thoughtful and helpful.

It went super! I called Joe in the morning and it was fixed by Noon or so the very same day! They left the broken spring as well as the other one I had replaced to show that they actually did replace both. Joe was great and incredibly responsive and professional.

The installer was helpful and took time to go over options, and was not pushy. As noted, he came out twice to review the site to make sure it would go OK since it required some custom framing. The actual door installation was a very professional, prompt, neat, and quality job. I can see many areas in the install where care was taken to make sure it was done well without cutting corners. Also, the door is quiet and solid (though this may be a feature of the door and opener--C.H.I. door, no connection, just very happy with it). Would definitely use again and recommend.

Excellent. He gave a good estimate. We have used him previously and were pleased, so we were happy to use him again, assuming a reasonable price, which it was. He was on time, with work and completion. Workmanship was excellent. My only complaint was that he does not reply to phone messages promptly. They also did not put a lift handle on the outside of the door to manually lift the door if we have to detach it from the track due to power failure...I called to ask him to come back and do so a couple of weeks ago and left a voice mail message. He has not yet responded. I have to keep calling. Other than that, I am happy and would use him again.

This was our second experience with this family business. I wish we could find other service providers who are so prompt in showing up and capable in doing the work.

Excellent! Two guys showed up and after I showed them the issues and the new openers I bought they went off to work. When I came home that night, everything was perfect and tested fine. Quality work at a great price. Highly recommended!

Excellent. The two installers came with two models. I chose the higher end, They installed it quickly and left after I paid them.

My grandfather recommended Joe, so I gave him a call to set up a time to meet. After a couple of weeks I heard from Joe and we set up a time to come look at my garage. He had his son come out and hook up my new system the very same day, and it was done fast and sounds so much quieter than the previous system, plus having the safety sensors in there now is a big relief. Will hire Joe again for future garage door maintenance should it be needed.
