JIM MCLEAN

Our house was built with a finished basement room that was only accessible through the garage. We wanted to build a staircase that allowed access to it from the ground floor and convert it into a family/kids' playroom. Jim worked with us to come up with the best place to put the staircase so that we don't lose so much space on the ground floor. He built the staircase and all the shelves I mentioned and changed the windows and doors to accommodate the new staircase. With his help, the basement has been transformed into a space that we actually use now. His workmanship is excellent, very meticulous and with great attention to detail. He does NOT do a slapdash job. He also does everything himself so the work is not sub-contracted out. When he was working on our job, he devoted his attention fully to it and worked very efficiently and quickly. He is also very personable and friendly and it was a pleasure to work with him.

He is dependable and exceptionally precise. His work is Excellent quality. He is professional and does a great job at what he does. He can tell he takes great pride in his work. He is very clean and is a delight to have in your home.
