He came to the house met with us took measurements and asked for 1/3 of the estimate. We wrote him a check and he left. We had a meeting to discuss the plans that he was doing at that time he asked for the 2nd 1/3 if the total cost. There were many phone calls and finally the third meeting happens to go over the plans. Everything is good so we give him our final feedback expecting to have a full set of plans at the next meeting with him. Then he kind of fell of the map we did not hear from him for the next 2 or 3 months, finally I caught him on the phone and he said that he had the plans but there was a price increase. He was trying to charge an additional $7,000.00 dollars without even saying anything about additional cost or time. I told him he could give me my money back or I would give him the final payment and he can give the plans. I gave him the money and he reluctantly gave me the plans. It was a complete bait and switch, a total lack of communication about pricing. He was miserable to deal with as well as having very inappropriate behavior. I would not use him, and I try to tell as many people as possible about him.

The designer we're working with is amazing. I've never seen anyone like him. He's helped us create and build the addition to our house. Everything is done very professionally. The quote he gave us was done line by line with everything he would need so it was very accurate. I love this company.
