ORIGINAL ESTIMATE WAS $12,000 BUT THE COMPANY SUBMITTED A FINAL BILL OF $18,000. WHEN WE REQUESTED AN ITEMIZED ACCOUNTING OF OVERAGE, THE FIRST AND MAIN ITEM ON THE LIST WAS BASICALLY THAT ''THE JOB WAS MORE COMPLICATED THAN THEY EXPECTED.'' WE NEGOTIATED DOWN TO $14,000, BUT THEY STILL LEFT THINGS UNDONE THAT WERE PART OF ORIGINAL CONTRACT.
