Mr. Hendrick was exceptional in many ways - (1) very easy to work with, patient and able to give clear explanations; (2) extremely knowledgeable (!) and a great help in deciding on what new hardware and software were needed for my particular situation; (3) able to work from a distance and be directly connected to my computer, and able and willing to come to my residence (which he did, a number of times; personable, friendly, talented. Absolutely top notch.

Hendrick IT was fantastic! They spent 10-15 mins on the phone troubleshooting the computer problem with my son - a college student -- and they gave advice on how to fix it, did not require a visit and didn't ask for any payment. Doesn't get any better than that! Much appreciated!

Highly recommend Hendrick-IT. My project was to transition from a 7 yr old clunky slow laptop to a new one and install a new printer. Work was performed faster than I had anticipated and he made sure that all computers were appropriately linked to necessary equipment. Robert was terrific. The fee was very reasonable and work performed quickly and efficiently.
